With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, my passion for movement keeps growing stronger every day. I've had the privilege of learning from some amazing mentors who deeply understand the intricacies of the human body and rehabilitation, and I'm grateful to pass on that knowledge to you.

When it comes to achieving success with a trainer or coach, the key lies in proper assessment and tailored exercise selection. That's where I come in! My main focus is to assess each client accurately and utilize the most effective tools for improvement, because only then can we truly achieve remarkable results together.

I live by two powerful mantras from some of my favorite influencers in the fitness and rehabilitation realms:

Firstly, "Weakness cannot be tolerated," as Dr. Andrew Lock beautifully puts it. This means we must address weaknesses that lead to tightness in the body, strengthening the 'weak links' to restore balance and functionality.

Secondly, "Be a Domestic Athlete," inspired by Dr. David Johnson. Through neuroHab movement therapy, we retrain your central nervous system for optimal movement patterns, ensuring you excel in daily activities with strength and grace.

At Cooloola Coast, we integrate Pilates exercises, skills, and principles into our sessions as needed. Each session focuses on specific movement points and principles to optimize body placement and enhance overall movement quality.
